Lion's Club Poster Contest!

The walls are covered with artwork submitted by many hopefuls from around the Douglas County area for this annual artwork contest hosted by the Lion's Club.

This year's theme is "PEACE" and the eleven to thirteen year old's that submitted took this theme to heart.

August 28th through October 30th

Ashley began her ceramic journey at the age of 13, right here on the Arts Center Campus in our Clay Place.  Her love and passion with this medium flourished and has morphed into other media as well.  She has a following of local clay lovers, creating decorative as well as utilitarian pieces to use in the kitchen.  This is her "debut" and Linda Smith Craft our Student Gallery Manager and volunteer has put Ashley's work together perfectly!
